Tactical Knifework: Core Skills
Tactical Knifework: Core Skills develops the essential tactics of attacking and countering while providing a methodology for developing them functionally. Each tactic is first taught and then developed through three distinct types of activity: Opposition (non-cooperative activity), Practice (skill development), and Training (attribute development). For this reason, the course is organized by tactic, with each progressing through sparring, practice, and training. This developmental structure is reflected throughout the video format.
